Bordering on aromas of red wine, with elements of juicy, sensual fruit, powdery perfume, mango, vanilla, and clove scents. Rich, exotic mouthfeel. Well-rounded minerality combined with mandarin- and blood oranges and elements of honey on the palate culminate in a long, exquisite, barrique-defined finish. A complex, “serious” white wine.
This is one of our signature dry white wines, crafted from carefully selected berries harvested across three optimal time periods. Its outstanding aroma results from juice extruded by the weight of the berries themselves without mechanical interference, left to soak overnight on skin, and fermentation with local yeast. The process is further finessed via storage in specialized oak barrels sourced from premium manufacturers and repeated stirring on fine lees (bâtonnage).
